Include your device, operating system, PlanHalo version and what happened. You do not need to send passwords or sensitive planner content.

Sync across devices

Check that each device uses the same Apple account for iCloud. Open PlanHalo Settings to check sync status or sync again. Your changes are saved locally first, including when network access or iCloud is unavailable.

Notifications

Check notification permission and the Today and overdue follow-up controls in Settings. Reminders default to every 2 hours between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.; the interval and active hours can be changed. System notification settings, Focus and Scheduled Summary can affect when you see an alert.

Follow-up reminders are scheduled for the next 7 days and recalculated when the app opens, task content changes or sync refreshes. If you have not used the app for a while, open it to refresh the current schedule.

Records and backups

Export or import a JSON backup in Settings. Manage exported files in the location where you saved them. Use deletion and trash controls and your Apple account’s iCloud storage settings to manage your planner data.

Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy for local storage, iCloud sync, optional permissions and deletion information. Privacy questions can be sent to the same email address.
